Clinical Notes & Considerations
- The Restore line is the Paragon legacy connection — many older Paragon implants in the field still need restoration; TiLobe vs. Morse-taper distinction matters for selecting the correct scan body library.
- Genesis Active (conical) and Genesis TiLobe are NOT prosthetically interchangeable despite both being branded 'Genesis' — labs must select the correct library.
- NEXUS iOS is Keystone's branded full-arch IOS workflow (via Osteon Medical subsidiary); marketed for reduced appointments.
3DL Workflow for Keystone Dental Cases
- Identify the component before submission. Call (248) 919-7929 or message through the doctor portal — 3DL verifies the Keystone implant line, platform diameter, and the correct scan body family at no charge.
- Scan with any major IOS. Upload the scan through the doctor portal. 3DL confirms receipt the same day and validates the scan body capture before any milling begins.
- 3DL designs in matched pairs. Custom abutment and final crown are designed together so the emergence profile of the abutment supports the crown's gingival contour exactly.
- Mill, finish, ship. Custom titanium or zirconia abutment plus final crown ship together in 7 to 10 business days. Verification jig included on request.
