Clinical Notes & Considerations

3DL Workflow for Keystone Dental Cases

  1. Identify the component before submission. Call (248) 919-7929 or message through the doctor portal — 3DL verifies the Keystone implant line, platform diameter, and the correct scan body family at no charge.
  2. Scan with any major IOS. Upload the scan through the doctor portal. 3DL confirms receipt the same day and validates the scan body capture before any milling begins.
  3. 3DL designs in matched pairs. Custom abutment and final crown are designed together so the emergence profile of the abutment supports the crown's gingival contour exactly.
  4. Mill, finish, ship. Custom titanium or zirconia abutment plus final crown ship together in 7 to 10 business days. Verification jig included on request.
