3DL is a fully digital lab — every case runs through CAD design software, precision milling, and 3D printing. We're not looking for people who want to learn the old way. We're looking for technicians who want to push what's possible with modern digital workflows.
CAD/CAM Design
Work in 3Shape Dental Designer to design full-anatomy crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and removable frameworks. Our workflow also includes Asiga, RealGUIDE, FormLabs, and Millbox. Precision is expected. Artistry is valued.
Milling & Fabrication
Operate 5-axis mills and manage material libraries across zirconia, PMMA, wax, and composite. If you understand toolpath logic and block selection, you'll fit right in.
3D Printing & Finishing
Run resin and ceramic printers for surgical guides, models, and temporaries. Post-processing, calibration, and quality checks are part of the daily flow.
Quality & QC
Every restoration gets reviewed before it ships. You'll use digital measurement tools and visual inspection protocols to ensure our 98%+ first-try seat rate stays intact.
Digital Case Management
Cases come in digitally via scan files and the 3DL portal. You'll work with structured case queues, file management, and direct communication with the doctor's office when clarification is needed.
