Clinical Notes & Considerations
- The single 2.7 mm prosthetic connection across all Axiom BL diameters is unusual — one scan adapter family covers REG/PX/X3, simplifying inventory.
- Axiom Multi-Unit (SAA) uses a separate scan adapter family (Ø4.8 emergence).
- Watch for ongoing Straumann consolidation: legacy Anthogyr SKUs may be renumbered or migrated to Straumann/Medentika library channels.

- Scan with any major IOS. Upload the scan through the doctor portal. 3DL confirms receipt the same day and validates the scan body capture before any milling begins.
- 3DL designs in matched pairs. Custom abutment and final crown are designed together so the emergence profile of the abutment supports the crown's gingival contour exactly.
- Mill, finish, ship. Custom titanium or zirconia abutment plus final crown ship together in 7 to 10 business days. Verification jig included on request.
